Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account and using ArtistPromoter ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

The Service is currently in closed beta. Access requires a valid invite code issued by the operator. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of all music, lyrics, images, and other content you upload or connect to the Service. You grant ArtistPromoter a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the features you use (e.g. AI caption generation, Drive sync, Instagram scheduling).

4. Third-party services

The Service integrates with Google Drive, Instagram, Spotify, Cloudinary, OpenAI, and Cyanite.ai. Your use of those integrations is also governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party service outages or policy changes.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API
• Share your account credentials or invite codes with others
• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights

6. Availability

The Service is provided "as is" during beta. We make no guarantees of uptime or data retention and may modify or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ArtistPromoter is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
