ArtistPromoter is an AI-powered dashboard for independent music artists. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to the operator of this Service.

2. Data we collect

• Account data — handle, display name, and optionally an email address and password (hashed with bcrypt).
• Artist content — releases, lyrics, press photos, and bio text you sync from Google Drive.
• Connected platform data — Instagram post history and engagement stats fetched via the Instagram Graph API; Spotify track metadata fetched via the Spotify Web API.
• Usage data — AI-generated post suggestions, scheduled posts, campaign plans, and settings you configure within the Service.

3. How we use your data

• To authenticate you and maintain your session
• To generate AI post suggestions using OpenAI (your content is sent to OpenAI's API)
• To analyse your music via Cyanite.ai (audio files are processed by their service)
• To store and display press images via Cloudinary
• To sync assets from your Google Drive folder

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with any party other than the sub-processors listed above for the sole purpose of delivering the Service.

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can request account deletion at any time by contacting us — we will remove your account and associated data within 30 days.

We use a single HTTP-only session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies are set. No third-party scripts with tracking capabilities are loaded on authenticated pages.
