How to delete your account and data

You can request permanent deletion of your ArtistPromoter account and all associated data at any time by emailing manupia@gmail.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject line "Delete my account".

What gets deleted

• Your account record (handle, display name, email, password hash)
• All artist content you uploaded (releases, lyrics, photos, bio, brand)
• All AI-generated post suggestions, drafts, and scheduled posts
• All campaigns, tasks, events, and notifications
• Cached Instagram post history and engagement metrics
• Cached Spotify artist and track metadata
• All connected-platform tokens (Instagram, Spotify)

Timeline

Your account and live data are permanently deleted within 30 days of receipt of your request. Encrypted backups containing your data are purged within a further 30 days, after which no copy of your data remains in our systems.

Revoke Instagram access only

If you only want to disconnect ArtistPromoter from your Instagram account without deleting your ArtistPromoter account, you can do so directly from Instagram:

1. Open Instagram → Settings and activity
2. Go to Apps and websites → Active
3. Find "Artist Promoter" → Remove

You can also disconnect from inside ArtistPromoter at /connections/instagram.
